What we treat, in plain terms.

The injuries and surgeries we see most, what a visit looks like, how texting works, and the posted price of every service and every piece of home gear.

What we treat

Injuries, pain and surgery rehab.

Both of us see a bit of everything. The tag shows who sees the most of it, and you can always ask for either PT.

Running and golf

Built for how Scottsdale plays.

Two of the most common reasons people walk in here. Sam runs both of these sessions, and either one can be the start of a plan or a one-time check.

A runner on an open desert road in low morning sun

Running gait analysis

$225

75 minutes. We film you on the treadmill from three angles, test strength and mobility, and go through the video with you. You leave with a plan for mileage, strength work and form cues.

A golfer at the top of his backswing on a sunny fairway

Golf movement screen

$195

60 minutes. We check how your hips, back and shoulders turn through the swing, find what's limiting you, and give you a short routine to do before a round. Bring a club.

Visits

What your hour looks like.

Nobody's double-booked and nobody hands you off to an aide, so the visit runs the way it's planned. Wear clothes you can move in.

Striped: talking through how you've been. Blue: testing and hands-on work. Yellow: exercise, with your PT beside you. The last few minutes of a follow-up go to updating your home program in the app.

Texting your PT

How texting works.

You get your PT's secure texting line at your first visit. It runs through a HIPAA-compliant messaging app, so it feels like texting but your messages and videos stay private. It's for your program and your schedule, not a replacement for a visit.

7 AM to 7 PM, weekdays

Texts in that window get answered the same day, usually between visits. On weekends we check once a day.

Videos are welcome

Film one set of an exercise and send it. Your PT can check your form in a minute and adjust the plan before your next visit.

Something new or worse?

New numbness, weakness, or pain that's sharply worse: tell us, and if it can't wait, call your doctor or go to urgent care.

Emergencies: call 911

Chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of a stroke, or a fall with a hard hit to the head. Don't text, call 911.

Every price, posted

Every service and its price.

Visits, testing and the home gear we use, all priced. Gear is sold at what it costs us, and you never have to buy it here. Prices change only after we post them here first.
